SOCCER GAME PROCEDURES
GAME SETUP PROCEDURES
Coaches will contact the teams they would like to play by selecting a team that is listed on the registered list and contacting the coach directly.

Once a date and time are agreed upon, one of the coaches will need to fill out and submit a “Match/Game Request Form.”

Game sites and times are not confirmed until BOTH teams have made their respective deposit payments. Please do not delay!

Exact sites and times can be changed up until the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Game sites will be listed in advance and can be found on the “Women's Soccer Games" or "Men's Soccer Games” web pages.
GAME PLAY PROCEDURES
NCAA guidelines/rules for all soccer games will be in effect. The NCAA established pre-game schedule for regular season games will be the basic format. Please note that the directors of TCSBS have the right to modify the pre-game schedule based on the many factors that could come into play during the daily schedule. Coaches need to be ready to be flexible and work with the directors to insure that the game schedule goes smoothly and to everyone’s satisfaction.

The officials for each collegiate soccer game will follow NCAA established guidelines and rules as found in the “NCAA Men’s & Women’s Soccer Rules and Interpretations” manual. The officials being employed by TCSPS have had extensive experience with secondary and post-secondary schools and are well qualified to officiate the games.

Each game will consist of 2-45 minute periods. In the event of a tie, 2 sudden-victory overtime periods of 10 minutes each shall be played. Again, please note that this may be modified based upon uncontrollable factors.

In the event of lightning, TCSPS will ask all play to stop when the flash-to-bang time is 30 seconds or less. Some facilities have lightning sirens. If the siren sounds, all play stops immediately and everyone on the playing field takes shelter. There will be no deviations from this policy.

If at any time a coach feels the need to speak with one of the directors of TCSPS about any aspect of their experience while at the invitational, please feel free to do so.
COACHES' RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaches must make sure that their teams arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of any scheduled game. Efforts will be made to make sure that teams have adequate warm-up time before the start of each game.

Coaches are responsible for the conduct of their team both during play as well as when their team is not competing. TCSPS staff and the staff at the facilities that are being used expect that the collegiate players handle themselves in a manner becoming of their team and university.

At the conclusion of the game, coaches need to help facilitate the next game coming out and quickly remove players and equipment from the team sidelines.
"OFFICIAL" WILSON BALL
Treasure Coast Spring Break Sports has partnered with the best overall sports company in the world, Wilson Sporting Goods. All of the games will use an NCAA approved collegiate Wilson soccer ball.

Game balls are included in the team fee, so teams do not need to bring their own balls for the matches. However, practice balls are not provided.
REPORTING SCORES
