COACHES' INSTRUCTIONS
STEP #1: DUE DILIGENCE
Deciding on a venue for your team’s spring training is an important decision. “Treasure Coast Spring Break Sports” is proud to offer some of the finest facilities you will find anywhere! In addition, Florida’s Treasure Coast is renowned for its warm days and comfortable nights.

When you combine our facilities and our weather with the competition we offer, we are certain you will agree that your team’s spring training will be enjoyable as well as productive.
STEP #2: REVIEW TCSBS FEES & POLICIES
Begin by reviewing the “TCSBS Fees”, "TCSBS Policies" and "TCSBS Accommodations" pages for your respective sport.
STEP #3: FILL OUT & SUBMIT ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM
Select the “Registration Form” item from the appropriate menu. Fill out and submit the “Registration Form” online. If you coach both men's and women's teams, please fill out a separate registration form for each team.

TCSBS has gone to great lengths to secure some of the finest lodging on the Treasure Coast at the busiest time of the year! All of the lodging options will meet or exceed the coaches and players expectations! We guarantee it!!

All teams must select one of the lodging options listed on the registration form and reserve their rooms through TCSBS.

When you fill out the registration form, estimate as accurately as possible your lodging requirements. You can modify your lodging reservation anytime before December 31, 2007 by calling TCSBS and requesting the changes and a new invoice. All outstanding invoices must be paid in full by February 1, 2008.

After filling out the Registration Form:
  1. Click on the SEND INFO button. Your information is sent directly to TCSBS and
    a new page is displayed. This is your INVOICE.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the PRINT button to print out your
    DEPOSIT INVOICE.

  3. Send TCSBS a copy of your INVOICE and a check for your DEPOSIT.

Registration indicates you are seriously thinking of attending. If you must withdraw your registration, please notify TCSBS immediately! (click here for cancellation policies)

When your deposit check has been received by TCSBS, your team will be posted on the TCSBS web site. You can them start scheduling your matches. PLEASE NOTE: Coaches can not schedule matches with other teams until both teams have paid their respective deposits.

STEP #4: MATCH/GAME REQUEST FORM
Once you have registered, check the list of other registered schools. Contact the coaches of the teams you would like to play to select a date/time.

When you have arranged a match/game, go the “Match/Game Request Form” and submit it on-line. If your time and venue are available, your match/game will be displayed on the respective “Match/Game List” page of this web site. Matches/Games are approved on a first-come, first-serve basis and are posted on this web site within 24 hours.
STEP #5: FINAL PAYMENTS
When TCSBS receives your deposit, you will be sent a Registration Packet. This packet includes:
  1. Your FINAL INVOICE
    Your final invoice will list the payment due for your lodging. If you must make changes to your lodging, please call TCSBS and a new invoice, reflecting whatever changes you require, will be generated.

  2. Our RELEASE OF LIABILITY Form
    This release of liability form must be signed and returned with your final payment.

  3. A ROOMING LIST Form
    This form must be completed, signed and returned with your final payment.

Final payments must be received no later than February 1, 2008.
